Question

45 year old woman presents with upper abdominal discomfort and described it as a burning sensation that fluctuates in intensity. The pain often improves temporarily after eating and returns a few hours later. She reports feeling bloated with frequent burping and occasional nausea. She noticed her appetite had decreased over the past month adn had unintentionally lost weight. Over physical examination there is mild tenderness in the upper abdomen but no other significant findings.
