A 30-year old woman noted the onset of amenorrhea (no menstrual cycle) 1 year ago. She seems to tire easily; she does not seem to tolerate stress or warm weather (she feels hot), and she has lost weight. Physical exam reveals bitemporal hemianopia (tunnel vision) and unusually large hands, feet and jaw. What is the diagnosis for the following case?
