You are called out to see a woman in crisis. She is in the ER, saying she is suicidal and wants help. You find out she is married to Ted, your supervisor. She reports her distress is partly caused by the fact that she is pregnant, but the child is not Ted's. He doesn't know about any of this. (trust me, this stuff happens...truth IS stranger than fiction!)
