He also complains of headache, apathy, memory impairment, dry skin and periodic discharge from the mammary glands. Objectively: BMI 26.0, female body type. Vaginal examination: the external genitalia are developed correctly, the pathology of the internal genitalia is not revealed. Determine the primary diagnostic tactics for this patient.
