Question: While on patrol, Officer M was told by a neighbor of P that P was selling drugs. Asked how he knew this, the informant said that the last few evenings he saw people come in and out of that house and that "those people are seedy and suspicious, and always look like they are high on drugs, particularly after they come out of P's house." The neighbor said further that he was in the driveway of the house one evening last week and smelled marijuana coming from P's house. The informant added that P had moved into the house about a year ago, did not have children, seemed to have no work, and yet appeared to live well; that P and his wife refused to associate with anybody in the neighborhood; and that "they are simply weird." You are the judge whom Officer M has asked for a warrant based on the information from this citizen informant. Will you issue the warrant? Justify your response.
