Homer Simpson, a resident of Springfield, Illinois, contracts with your company to do business. In his position as safety inspector at the nuclear power plant, he is often back and forth between Indiana and Illinois. He is offering his services to you as a consultant. You ask him to come to an emergency meeting, which he must leave work immediately to attend.

Since he is in a huge rush, he drops a plutonium rod he is working with into the back of his shirt. He comes barreling down the highway toward your place of business, and skids to a stop at your front door. The plutonium rod launches out of the back of his shirt and into his car engine. This causes a massive explosion that damages your company's facility, to the tune of about $150,000.00. You seek to bring a lawsuit against Mr. Simpson -
