Case: Polly and Peter are looking forward to a weekend of fun. They drive over to the local liquor store and pick up some hard liquor and beer. On the way back home, Peter tells Polly he knows where they can get some really good weed. They stop by Will's place and buy some weed, and then head home. They decide to get the party started early and smoke a joint in the car. While they are driving, the left tail light goes out, and they are stopped by the police. The officer (OG) ask Peter for his ID and insurance card and notices the smell of marijuana. He ask Peter to step out of the car and and by that time back up has arrived and that officer asks Polly out of the car. Polly argues that she should not have to get out of the car. After some fussing about it, she gets out and then the officers search the car including her purse and find the pot. Peter and Polly are arrested for possession.
