Also talk about the shift towards online shopping is impacted by many factors for example, COVID-19 pandemic, unemployment, gas prices, technology and social media. Talk about the growth of online shopping and how has exploded. Talk about not all retail stores are completely affected. Also talk about the complete shutdown to some stores like Blockbuster store.

Also talk about where does this leave the physical store? They need to be innovative and provide customers with experiences.
