Problem: In the wake of the adverse outcome of Lewis Blackman, your team which is classified as an acute care unit accountable care team (ACT), was selected by hospital leadership to develop staff engagement exercises that focus on IPCP core competencies, strategies and education. The exercises will be used for ongoing training of all hospital ACTs. Each member of the team will create an exercise that focuses on fostering Values and Ethics.
