Imagine that you are the GM (HR) of a big manufacturing Organization with as many as 2000 workers and about 500 managers. Your workers are all unionized and there are two registered trade unions in the company and another association of Managers. Due to growing availability of low cost workers, you decide to engage about 10% contract labor in the plant. But as soon as the news became public, you found both the two labor unions have asked for a meeting.
