Jim Lee is the CEO of XYZ Supermarket. He recognizes that his company in dire need of an OD intervention and is about hire an Organization Development Practitioner to conduct team-building exercises with his staff. Unfortunately, most of the staff do not get along well and customer service is tremendously mediocre. To add insult to injury, recent video footage of two employees engaging in a brawl, was leaked by an employee and went viral across all major social media platforms.
