The surveys (Job Redesign and Job Crafting) that were taken seem to be a bit broad when they give information, and do seem like they should be more specific, in my opinion. If they were a bit more tailored, then the outcome of the results may be different. Having the surveys that are more specific would make more sense in my current position. The results that I have received were mostly agreeable, and I would say that to a more broad result they can be effective. Both surveys seem to have the same issue in that they may benefit the right career, but as far as my unit, I feel like they would not hold much weight as we have climate assessment surveys that seem a bit more in touch with what we do day to day. Do you think these surveys could be improved to include more specific information or questions? Do you think that the survey would work well in your work setting?
