For my lab, I am using a blunted PCR product and a pJet 1.2 blunted vector.I believe it will be non-directional, but I am not sure why.
The question is:
Why will your ligation be directional or non-directional? In other words, what about the procedure or process will result in it being either directional or non-directional?
Is it non-directional because the PCR product has been blunted, or because of the blunted vector, or both? A clear explanation would be much appreciated.
Having studied the usefulness of restriction enzymes and the process of molecular cloning, propose a use for these two genetic technologies.
What molecular evidence do scientists have that all life is at least distantly related and has a common ancestor? What six elements are most prevalent in living organisms?

In humans, the genes for red-green color blindness (R = normal, r = color-blind) and hemophilia A (H = normal, h = hemophilia) are both X-linked and only 3 map units apart. Suppose a woman has four sons, and two are colorblind and have hemophilia ..
Under the biological species concept, polyploidy is a major force in plant speciation. Why isn't polyploidy a major force in animal speciation?
Construct a hypothesis to explain the observation? From what you know about plants, if we were to place one of the test tube and beaker combinations in front of a green light, what would happen?
