One of the most well-known examples of a successful international company failing due to very poor change management is Kodak (Eastman Kodak Company).

Kodak was founded by George Eastman in 1888 in the USA. Kodak was a very profitable and innovative technology company with worldwide distribution of its products and a strong focus on research and development. The company filed for bankruptcy in January 2012.
