A few points to ponder. Initially you need an introduction which lays out the argument you plan to make which shouldn't be the obvious -- unemployment went up during the Depression. Maybe it's industrial output sputtered thus the need for labor was reduced and unemployment soared. Then you can go on to produce figures shows the output of industry before the GD and after, numbers of employed before and after GD. Something like that.

An on the writing...in one graph you start by mentioning the digging out of the Great Depression, but the next sentence mentions Pearl Harbor....if your paper only examines the years 1929 to 1939, and Pearl Harbor was 1941, something is wrong somewhere.

However, when you write that the GD was lifted somewhat because the possibility of war in Europe then maybe that works. On the other hand, the US slipped back into recession in 1937, so you have to account for that. Look at the libguide for the great depression you may get some information there. As well you can try nara.gov the national archives online...check out the GD there. And the Herbert Hoover and FDR libraries are online (google the links) and you'll find info there.
