We now turn our attention to proving the value of HR through data-driven evaluation of HR projects. Having now read the first chapter of the Phillips' text (I also recommend reading the prefaces), do the authors, in your view, make a compelling case for why HR professionals should embrace/commit to the ROI model of evaluation? What benefits/concerns come to mind? If you've had any experience with the ROI model of evaluation, please share it with the group.
