If it were up to you, which of the 3 do you think is most important and how would you go about administering it?

  1. The human resource in charge should carry out investigations as to why the employee is underperforming. The employee may be facing some challenges either from home or work, leading to poor performance. The challenges upon investigation may be sorted out, leading to better work performance, hence more productivity.
  2. It is argued that employees perform better when the work environment is positive since they are comfortable and happy hence more production. Working towards a clean environment for your employees will create a conducive environment for work; hence, human resources will notice better employee performances. A positive environment also entails good communication and involve the employees in activities outside work to boost their morale.
  3. Underperformance noticed in a new employee can be corrected by offering training to the employee. Offering training to employees, whether new, reminds them of the company goals and motivates them to work extra. More training ensures that employees are familiar with everything even when they have missed some first training information. Training often increases employee's performance.
