You will continue with your course-long project and focus on the activity dependencies, sequencing, and network diagram. You will once again use Microsoft Project to complete the network diagram. The following items should be completed:

A. List and explain all the project dependencies among the project activities. Discuss why the dependency exists in relation to the constraints discussed.

B. Explain which sequencing logic you have chosen and discuss the process for sequencing the project activities.

C. Using Microsoft Project and the information from #A and #B, create the network diagram for the project activities. Note, you do not need to complete the critical path at this stage of the project.

You will continue with your course-long project and focus on creating the project schedule and the critical path. You will once again use Microsoft Project to complete the project schedule and the critical path. The project schedule should contain all of the project activities listed on the WBS and include the activity, the duration, resources required, and the team member responsible for the activity. You will submit the schedule as a Gantt chart. You will also create two critical paths; the shortest and longest path based on the project schedule. You will submit two different MS Projects for the critical paths. Make sure to label one the shortest critical path and the other the longest critical path.
