Your team has been hired as a consultancy by the board of directors to investigate why the company UBER is experiencing low morale, high turnover and unprecedented low engagement levels. The organization is also plagued by ethical issues that have made its way to the media and stock prices have begun to fall. The board suspects that the senior leadership team and more specifically the CEO might be the issue. Your job is to uncover the leadership issues (3), i.e. lack of trust, incompetence. The questions you also need to answer are:
