Description - Watch the video "Freedom of the Press: New York Times v. United States (known as the Pentagon-Papers case) from the Annenberg Public Policy Center and answer the following questions. Make sure that you have read from the textbook the First Amendment right.

Q1. What are the Pentagon Papers?
Q2. Why did the government seek a prior restraint against the New York Times and the Washington Post?
Q3. Why did the Supreme Court find the prior restraint unconstitutional? Include the arguments of the majority decision and the dissenting opinion (those who disagree).
