If I were the privacy and security officer at Quality hospital and I was doing audits on workstation security, some of the things that I will be looking for while making my rounds are checking workstation logs. Checking out workstation logs is super important because this shows the importance of a user being logged off but also this will allow domain controllers to audit the initial authentication during login on a workstation but to forget the information after they are off. Having domain controllers will be important and will allow authentication login fail to be recorded and if and if there are logging fails.

While checking workstations something that I will choose to look into deeply are files that a user can access and audit so that they can be tracked in case any information has been released or even given out. Something important to look out for is the security of health information systems and when looking into this something that will be looked for is the protection and correct security. This system is very important and holds lots of value and one is going to make sure passwords are up to date.

Workstations must be up to date and to make sure that their data cant be attacked with stronger software. The goal is to control local accounts, enable auditing, having a security setting on all apps, certificate authorities, anti-malware, and being able to track new programs. I feel as if all the things that I mentioned are super important and are mainly looked for because it will allow not only the protection for the information but a sense of relief to know everything is protected.
