Hello, I need help answering the following questions regarding a patient with Preeclampsia.

1. How can I make sure that the fetus will be safely delivered when the mother has preeclampsia?

2. Explain the rationale why each interventions written below are done for a pregnant woman with preeclampsia

- BP checks every two hours?

- Administer antihypertensive medications as ordered?

- Administer pain medication as needed?

- Instruct on kick counts and fetal movement assessment?

- Provide emotional support and encourage open communication

-Collaborate with the dietitian to create a balanced diet that supports kidney function and reduces sodium intake.

3. Explain how can I evaluate the effectiveness of each of the interventions I wrote on question number 2. Please put an explanation per each intervention. Also per each of the intervention, what signs will point to improving, declining, and unchanged status

4. What are these tests and why should they be done for a patient with preeclampsia? Are there any other tests what will need to be done to monitor the patients condition? If there is more, please add below and also state what they are and why they should be done on the patient.
