Body shaming is an ineffective motivator for losing weight. Although there are proven medical risks to being obese the Body Positivity Movement has seen an increase in interest and acceptance in our society regarding body size and health. The concept of accepting one's body shape no matter what the size has been linked to individuals claiming to experience higher levels of self worth and value.

1. Should obesity be celebrated in our society more as a positive image rather than a health risk?
