Your firm has been asked to prepare a Consulting Proposal to recommend an innovation management process for a medium size Information Technology outsourcing firm. You have met with Bob Suthem who will is the C.E.O. of the firm, and your most senior customer contact. Bob told you that his firm has been successful over the last 10 years in taking over the IT responsibilities for about 30 small to medium size businesses. Bob's firm now has about 100 employees spread around his own, office and the 30 client sites and although the customers are generally satisfied, Bob feels that his firm is getting "tired" around providing process improvements for his clients. Bob feels his team has lots of innovative ideas to move forward but lacks the ability to choose and implement the best ones.
Bob has see the textbook 'Ile. Management of Technology and innovation" by White and Bruton and has heard that your firm is familiar with the, principles discussed in that book.
