Using the company in the Final Project as the focus, write a report that will provide a clear approach to the recommended performance management solution. Provide the following:

1. Overview Introduction: © 2021 Post University, Waterbury, CT ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

• Summarize why performance management is important to the organization using materials from our course and a concise summary of key aspects of the recommendation and expected outcomes.

2. Performance Measurement:

• Which one of the five performance measurement approaches (comparative, attribute, behavioral, results, and quality) do you recommend?

• How does this approach support the performance needed from these new employees given their roles, and how the process integrates to their union or non-union work environments? For this report, assume Uber is union while General Motors and Microsoft are non-union work environments.

3. Technology:

• Please provide a summary of the technology that can be recommend using that includes information on these three areas:

o Recommendation on an electronic or paper-based system. o Guidance on using or not using Social Performance Management as part of the solution and why.

Recommend if the company should or should not use a form of electronic tracking and monitoring as part of the solution.

4. Conclusion:

• In 4-5 lines, summarize how this performance management solution reinforces or supports the earlier orientation and training recommendation and why it was selected performance measurement and technology solutions will drive the performance needed. Be concise and clear.
