Assignment:
Post the following:
- Describe an instance in your everyday life in which you tried to multitask, but the end result was less than optimal.
- Use what you know about cognitive psychology to explain one potential reason why the end result of your multitasking was less than optimal.
- Provide at least one evidence-based strategy you could use to offset or prevent the negative outcome(s) you described.
- Conclude your post by posing a question related to multitasking that promotes critical thinking. Remember that questions that promote critical thinking are not factual questions, existential questions, or those that require a simple "yes" or "no" response. You must provide a rationale and background for the question as illustrated in the example provided in this week's Learning Resources, Developing Discussion Questions That Promote Critical Thinking.
