Leaders also need to be good listeners, as with time things change, and it is important that they listen to the messages from consumers to staff so that they can see what may need changing to stay successful. They are also relied upon to communicate information, find information and help their staff reach their personal goals. The way to do this is to listen to what is being said, or asked. Great leaders, which are few and far between, gain wisdom by listening not talking so they can really hear what is being said (Myatt, 2012). What are your views on this?
