Assignment: Your professional association has asked to you deliver a 45-minute Zoom session on Leadership and Organizational Behaviour. It is hosting its annual conference online and wants you to provide a perspective on leadership that is new and fresh and shows how the topic weaves through a lot of the other concepts in the course. The audience in your session will be senior HR and organizational leaders. Most of them have seen a lot of the traditional theories and so simply doing a session on what you recall from the chapter on Leadership in MGMT 115 will not be good enough. You know you've got to deliver something that's a bit more compelling. It should be thought provoking, relevant and current.
