So the range might include (1) increasing the number of unemployed people. (2) refraining those put out of work to take up new kinds of computer-related jobs, (3) retraining people to take up new kinds of non-computer related jobs. In this case, it is inevitable that the structure of jobs will change, but there is a limited range of ways that might happen"
