Case Study: The nursing staff at General Hospital (GH) has decided to unionize due to what they view as GH's unfair labor practices. During the election process, GH removed flyers, pamphlets and posters from hospital property that advocated for voting in favor of unionizing. GH also posted notices in staff-only areas (outside of the prying eyes of patients) that it would not recognize the results of the election if the nursing staff voted in favor of unionizing, and that it would provide substantial financial bonuses to those nurses who voted against unionizing or didn't vote at all, as it planned to have administrative employees monitor the voting (including looking over nurses' shoulders as they voted :

Question: The supporters of unionizing lose the election. Representatives of the staff file a complaint with the NLRB challenging the process and GH's behavior. Is the NLRB likely to grant the staff a new election, and why or why not?
