Mall redevelopment has become a hot topic in Washington, DC development circles. Your assignment this week is to research the backstory of the Fair Oaks Mall to provide context for our market analysis. Conduct your own research to find credible sources with information about the site's history. These sources might include:

1) Articles in the Washington Post or Washington Business Journal
