Take a few minutes to review some of the good and bad experiences you have had that are relevant to this issue.

Give me three types of multicultural issues you might come across in a medical office, and write a short (less than 50 words) commentary on each of the three telling me how you would handle the situation. These ideas or scenarios can be from the textbook or from your own experiences. The important thing is for you to think about how you would deal with new situation or people who react differently than you do.
  3. Proofread your document, making sure I will be able to understand what you have written. I am not grading these on grammar and spelling, but you have to get close enough that I can understand you!
  4. Save the document a final time. Acceptable file types are doc, docx, txt, pdf, rtf. Please do not submit Mac pages files.
