Find a children's book and read it to a 7 year old child
Consider how developmental and educational theories were applied in the writing of the text/illustrations of that book. What theories can you identify as being used in the creation of the book? Consider how theory was used and applied to the audience and purpose the book was written for, and then consider how theory is applied as a reader interacts and interprets text/illustrations.
