-How should you review your work performance to ensure that you are meeting organisational requirements?
-What procedures should you follow to assess your own learning needs as part of a continuous learning and improvement process?
-What types of technology could you use to assist you in planning and monitoring your own work and the work of others?
-Why is it necessary to build a portfolio of your own learning achievements and to ensure that this information is recorded?
