Question: How many of you have seen The Lorax? If not, I suggest that you watch it - it is a very cute movie.

As I was reading DQs this week, I realized that the concepts we are studying this week are all in this movie. You have a business owner who is greedy and does not care about the environment, the public/mass society that goes along with it, and the boy who has the courage to make change.

Many of you have commented this week that we need to positively influence our youth and give them the courage to go against the grain and do what is right. This movie not only demonstrates this concept, but is doing its part to influence our youth, from an entertainment perspective.

I included two clips from the movie below. Just based on these principles that we have studied this week, let's further elaborate on the importance of building future leaders.

Why is it important to positively influence our youth and teach them proper leadership techniques?
