Your memo should be at least 250 words and at a minimum, include recent trends and make data-based recommendations. Base your response on the information in NHTSA publications 812456 and 812392 and at least one additional scholarly source.
Expectations: Structure: Combine into one document. Include a title page and reference page in APA style; these do not count towards the minimum word amount for this assignment.
References: Use the appropriate APA style in-text citations and references for all resources utilized to answer the questions. Include at least three (3) scholarly citations to support your claims.
