Problem

I think interaction theory best describes race relations in the United States today because the intersection between certain groups is what caused "race" to even become a "thing", people saw people that had similar characteristics and placed them into their own categories. So, if we take the logic that we "invented" the idea of race, and categorising people, then the race relations in the U.S. would have to be because of those said groups interacting with each other and forming opinions about one another.
