The main aim of this assignment is to evaluate your current motivation in tasks where you currently feel insufficiently motivated (but where you want to perform well),

a) What are the tasks? explain with examples

b) Why do you feel insufficiently motivated to do these tasks as well as you want? explain with examples

c) What methods do you currently use to motivate yourself and why are they not working well enough? ( briefly describe the main methods you currently use to motivate yourself and explain why these methods do not seem to be working well enough for the selected task) explain with examples

You should focus on specific work tasks ?or? study tasks where you would like to be more motivated. ?Do not chose activities or tasks where you already believe you are highly motivated. This is not an exercise in trying to persuade me or others about your current motivation or other desirable characteristics.
