He had invested in marijuana cultivation supplies and had both marijuana and drug paraphernalia at his residence. He was released on a $5,000 bond and, upon leaving the police station, made an obscene gesture at the dispatchers. (Man arrested after calling 911, asked Farmington cops if he could get into trouble for growing pot).
