Case Scenario: Imagine that you meet up with one of your friends for lunch. Your friend is also a university student with a heavy course load. Your friend shares with you that they are distracted and exhausted during their classes, unable to focus on what their professors are teaching for more than a few minutes. For about a year now, they have found it difficult to fall asleep, usually going to bed around midnight and waking up around 6am to commute to school.
