Marianne is a 58-year-old woman with a diagnosis of bipolar disorder and ABI (resulting in mobility issues and epilepsy). Marianne attends the emergency department frequently due to seizures, alcohol misuse, hyponatremia, medication non-compliance, and a broken collarbone. Marianne has serious financial difficulties and is currently in rental arrears with her landlord. Marianne wants to become financially secure and significantly moderate her alcohol use.
