you and your team will be meeting with a vendor that will serve some of your communication technology needs. You have worked with this vendor on several other projects in the past and have a great relationship with them. During your meeting, one of the sales managers from the vending company says to your team that she believes many people understand the importance of communication on a project. Yet, so many projects still suffer from communication problems. You and your team agreed with the sales manager's opinion but could not agree on the reasoning. Everyone, including the two sales managers you were meeting with, had different examples and reasons for why communication problems were such a big risk for organizational projects.
