Question

Dr. Mitchell Heflin, Chief of Geriatrics, followed the starting work-up. During the physical exam that Dr. Heflin conducted by Dr. Heflin, the doctor could not assess the patient's orofarynx since Mr. Powers could not hold his mouth open. During the Cardiovascular examination, tachycerdia and a slight systolic murmur was heard. While no adema was felt, tremors appeared in both UE and LE. The patient's skin was flushed, hot to the touch, and diaphiretic. Mr. Powers was diagnosed with aspiration pnewumonia with a possible sieisure disorder. Additionally, it was noted that he suffers from lekocytosas with a BUN of 37. At present, Dr. Heflin is considering performing an LP. There is no sign that the patient suffered an MI, however Cardiac enzymes were ordered. 10. Why cardiac enzymes were order?
