3. Are you a leader in your environment? If so, are you effective? What makes you effective or ineffective?

1-Who is the greatest leader in a company of your choice or interest? (Typically you would choose the company you work for or have worked for in the past. The point here is that you choose someone who has stood out in your mind as a great leader.)

2-Using one of the etextbook theories that explain effective leadership, explain why your chosen leader is a great leader (the theories are: behavioral, situational, contingency, and path goal).

3-Is your chosen leader a transactional leader or transformational? How do you know?
