Parker, an executive at Farrer-Gagne, an IT consulting firm, has a team of 4 consultants specializing in government IT. One IT consultant, Angie, has 15 years of experience. One consultant, Paulo, has 2 years of experience, and two other consultants on his team have been hired in the last 6 months. Since Angie has the most experience, Parker has delegated the most assignments to her. To his other members, he has delegated relatively complex new accounts. Over two months, Angie has been called in to help with several of the new hires' accounts because of the complexity, and the clients are starting to get frustrated with the new hires' lack of experience. Angie is now starting to burn out from the workload and the stress.
