We have seen many changes in the protection of the United States and other countries following recent terrorist attacks. Addressing the need for agencies to work together on planning for terrorist attacks. This is one of the main points of the speech from former Secretary of Homeland Security Jeh Johson. The speech addressed the change for notification and how it affects all agencies connected in emergency response.
