Question: After isolating the cheek DNA of each member and measuring its purity and concentration, the results are as follows: student 1's DNA had the lowest concentration (6ug/ml), it had the highest purity of DNA with a A260/A280= 2.333. Next is student 2's DNA sample with a concentration is 10.00 ug/ml and a purity is A260/A280= 1.667. Finally, there is student 2=3's sample, the concentration is 9.00 ug/ml and A260/A280= 1.500. Why are there differences between each member even though the same method and concentration were used?
