First, use the embedding tool to embed a Venn Diagram that compares pedagogy and andragogy. Then, in a narrative, describe your diagram (compare/contrast).

Family Life Education should address the needs of individual and family needs and thus a needs assessment can help one identify what those needs are. With this in mind, conduct your own "needs assessment" of a target population that you have chosen. It can be an imaginary audience, a group that you are working with (no names allowed), or other creative ideas.

Utilize a graphic organizer or chart of your own in this week's discussion to compare and contrast "Felt Needs," Ascribed Needs," and "Future Needs". (see this Lesson) You can be creative in the selection of your diagram or chart. Post your diagram and also identify which one of the "Needs" you feel is most important and why. Remember, you must select one (you can't say they're all important) and use an example to clarify your position.

Do online or mobile dating apps improve people's success in romantic relationships? Why or why not? Choose an online or mobile dating app and discuss the pros and cons of using it. Mrs. Rodriguez brings Sophia, her 3-year-old, into the emergency department. Mrs. Rodriguez has been in the United States from Mexico for only 1 year and brings Sophia to the ER often with questions. This visit, Mrs. Rodriguez mentions to you that Sophia has been resistant to go to bed and often wakes crying and fearful. Mrs. Rodriquez thinks an evil spirit may be the cause of Sophia's crying. As a CCLS, you know that fears are common in preschool-age children. What recommendations would you have regarding home care for Sophia's fears, and how would you respond to Mrs. Rodriguez's concern of the evil spirit?

Discuss the differences between the three major approaches surrounding collection and analysis of data, i,e., quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods. As well as, describe the design of scientific inquiry that may go with each method i.e., survey, narrative, phenomenological, ethnographic, grounded theory, or case study and why it would be selected. Then address which method and design you think you would prefer to use to conduct research and why.

This is the place where you will begin the journey for your final project for this course. You will choose a company that interests you. Keep in mind that it must be a public company. Public companies have public information on their websites about their operations. Some of these include things like 10Ks, 10Qs and annual statement. You can also review the website of an organization or find any material in the library or online about the company. Use your imagination and do research to find information on the company that you choose. Some examples of public companies might be McDonalds, Amazon, Nvidia, AMD Microdevices etc. Find a company that you are interested in. Example, if you like clothing, do a search for a publicly traded clothing company etc. Just type in "Publicly traded company" & "Clothing" in Google and you will get hundreds of results.

As the number of elderly individuals increase, so does the need for long term care. How do you think the United States will pay for long-term care in the future-or should it?
