Although Annie knew that Faith Healer's only way of making money was through faith healing, she nonetheless gave him her full support and $1000 per visit. After many months with no success, Annie's father approached Faith Healer and said to Faith Healer, "If you keep treating her or if you succeed in curing her, I will pay you $100,000." One week later Annie recovered completely from her illness and has been cured to date. If Annie's father decides not to pay Faith Healer, who would succeed in a breach of contract action?
