Question: Over the past five weeks, my writing skills have dramatically improved. I found writing difficult and sometimes time-consuming from the beginning of this course. It's hard to know where to start when I'm writing. Improving my writing skills broadens my horizons in both my personal and career-related pursuits. Writing well is one of the essential skills that one can develop to succeed in the business world. But just like a chef learns how to fillet a fish by practicing repeatedly, writers can practice specific writing techniques to improve their skills. In my Week 3 paper about communication in my field, an assessment was that people who work in customer service should have strong interpersonal skills. Communication with clients and customers via telephone, email, memo, or report is necessary.
